Workshop for the Suspicious Cheese Lords!
Welcome, Suspicious Cheese Lords. If you have follow up questions about, or comments on, our recent workshop, please post them here. Feel free to ask any questions, make observations or tell us what kind of workshops you would like to see in the future!
We present a lot of information in a short amount of time. To help you make the transition from understanding intellectually to actuallly having your body know what to do, each individual Lords of Cheese should find a few minutes, three times a week, to reinforce and practice what you learned.
What could you do in one minute of practice, or while standing in line at the grocery?
What could you do in five minutes?
How might the group, as a whole, accomodate some of these ideas? What do you think your group needs work on and how might you go about getting it?
